Shipping & Processing Policy

At L’Atelier Forte, every garment is carefully prepared, inspected, and packaged to maintain the quality and presentation expected from luxury medical wear.

Order Processing Times

Regular Orders

In stock regular orders are typically processed within approximately 48 hours excluding weekends and holidays.

Sale & Promotional Orders

Orders placed during promotional events, markdown periods, private sales, or high volume periods may require approximately 4–5 business days or more for processing prior to shipment.

Embroidery & Personalized Orders

Orders containing embroidery, monograms, names, titles, logos, or custom personalization require additional production time and may take approximately 5–15 business days for processing prior to shipment.

All embroidery and personalized items are final sale and non refundable once production has begun.

Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipment & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active after shipment confirmation is issued.

L’Atelier Forte currently ships to the contiguous 48 United States as well as select international destinations.

Domestic Shipping — United States

Estimated delivery timelines depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and carrier conditions.

L’Atelier Forte is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather related disruptions
  • Lost or stolen packages after carrier acceptance
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by customers
  • Failed delivery attempts

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate prior to order submission.

International Shipping

Prices displayed on our website are listed in United States Dollars (USD).

International orders may require additional processing time prior to shipment depending on destination, customs procedures, and order contents.

Import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, tariffs, VAT, customs charges, and other international fees are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer.

L’Atelier Forte is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, or additional fees incurred after shipment.

International customs documentation and packing slips cannot be marked as “gift” or modified with altered pricing or declared values under any circumstances.

Delivery Responsibility

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the shipment has been accepted by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and arranging secure package receipt when necessary.
