Refund & Exchange Policy

At L’Atelier Forte, each garment is produced with careful attention to quality, hygiene, and craftsmanship. Due to the nature of medical apparel and professional wear, we maintain a strict return and exchange policy to ensure the integrity of all products.

Return & Exchange Window

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.

No exceptions will be made.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, all items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • Free of stains, odors, makeup, perfume, deodorant, pet hair, or damage

  • Returned in original packaging with all tags attached

  • In resellable condition

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items returned in unacceptable condition will be rejected and shipped back to the customer.

Final Sale & Non Returnable Items

The following items are strictly final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit:

  • Any embroidered or personalized items

  • Any garments with custom embroidery, monograms, names, titles, or logos

  • Altered garments

  • Custom or made to order products

  • Worn or washed garments

  • Undergarments, caps, socks, or accessories that come into direct hygienic contact

  • Any discounted, promotional, markdown, or sale items

  • Items purchased during promotional events or using discount codes

  • Gift cards

All embroidery services are final sale and non refundable once production has begun.

No exceptions will be made for sizing, wear, scheduling conflicts, delayed usage, preference changes, or personal circumstances.

Exchanges

Eligible items may be exchanged for:

  • A different size

  • A different color

  • Another item of equal or greater value

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only.

Original shipping charges are non refundable.

Refunds are processed after inspection and approval of the returned merchandise. Please allow several business days for processing depending on your financial institution.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photographs of the issue

  • Description of the problem

Claims submitted after 14 days may not be accepted.

Refused Deliveries & Failed Delivery Attempts

Orders refused by the recipient or returned due to failed delivery attempts may be subject to:

  • Return shipping fees

  • Restocking fees

  • Original shipping deductions

International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Duties and taxes

  • Customs related fees

Shipping charges, import duties, and customs fees are non refundable.

Right to Refuse

L’Atelier Forte reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, or refund request that does not comply with this policy.
